Microscopy
Microscopy is often utilizied to invetigate extremely small defects on the surface defects on the surface or in the cross section of a material. By combining EDAX (Energy Dispersive Analysis of X-Rays) with SEM, it allows us to obtain an elemental analysis of various parts of the surface of a speciman.
